It is produced from our own olive groves, and the extraction process takes place within a few hours at low temperatures to preserve all the sensory characteristics in the final product.

The intense fruity characteristics are due to the common milling process, ensuring that the olives are crushed no more than 8 hours after harvesting at 22 degrees Celsius, with cold pressing.

Storage is done immediately in tanks with the addition of nitrogen to preserve the freshness and elements of the oil until the expiration date. The most significant difference lies in the fact that we have complete control over the fruit, from cultivation to standardization.
