Our Arbor Sacris oil is part of the Farga Milenaria Guarantee Mark, a brand regulated by the Taula del Sénia commonwealth and audited by Norma Agrícola. This accreditation guarantees that this EVOO comes exclusively from millennial olive trees that exceed 3.5 meters in perimeter at a height of 1.3 meters from the ground.

Each of these olive trees of the Farga variety have been catalogued and classified by the Taula del Sénia association and declared Globally Important Agricultural Heritage Systems (GIAHS) by FAO (Food and Agriculture Organization of United Nations).

 

This oil of the Farga variety is characterized by its sweetness and texture, with notes of artichoke, green fruit, and to a lesser extent, nuances of banana, apple, almond and walnuts. It goes well with all kinds of salads, vegetables and legumes, respecting their soft flavor. Although more suitable for vegetables than for meat, it works well with low fat meats due to their viscous texture.
