THE RAISON D'ÊTRE, BY GABRIEL ALSINA
 OliCastelló was born in 1945, when Gabriel Alsina Utges acquired part of the mill. Located in the town of Castelló de Farfanya , region of La Noguera. From that moment on, the illusion and the idea of producing high-quality oils and their own personality, which reflect a territory, a place and a maximum quality, did not disappear. It is crucial for us to give the best in each product, so that our customers can enjoy it, just as we do by manufacturing. Over the years, we have expanded and improved our facilities, moving from tradional presses to state-of-the-art machines to create and deliver an excellent end product.
