Picual

Hojiblanca

Sélection

Unfiltered EVOO or also called "en rama" with aromas and nuances of green leaves, tomato and banana, with fresh and pleasant aftertaste sensations. It is obtained from the harvest of the fruit in mid-November when it is of a veraison color, characteristic of the medium and balanced fruit. Ideal for use raw, giving an exquisite flavor to large and demanding palates.

Les olives d'un siècle

EVOO with an intense green fruity. It presents aromas of grass, tomato and olive leaf, with important touches of almond and artichoke. In the mouth it is very balanced with a medium-low bitterness and a more intense spice.

Company

Verde Puro was born from the project of a young Jaen entrepreneur, Pedro Expósito Checa, who is committed to the quality, differentiation and innovation of an extra virgin capable of breaking through all the demanding needs in the market. From the first day we understood that our goal, both as a company and as a personal level, can only be surpassed day after day with the continuous and tireless effort of wanting to be a leader in the sector, and has the means to investigate and develop the way to stay always at the top of the tastes and the highest demands of our clients. For this project we created the Verde Puro brand , appropriate to the excellent organoleptic qualities of our EVOO , the elegance of our packaging, and commitment to innovation. With the same effort, we created the Olivos de un Siglo brand , where we package our extra virgin olive oil in PET (plastic) containers.

Harvest

All our fruits are harvested with mechanical machinery, at room temperature, where the load does not exceed 70cm in transport to the oil mill and this transport is carried out every 3 hours so that the fruit does not gain temperature. The fruit is collected mechanically, which means that we do not damage the fruit and thus obtain a good product for subsequent grinding and obtaining high-quality EVOO.
