Atena Premium is a high-quality extra virgin olive oil made from Oblica, Lastovka and Levatinka olives. The oil boasts a medium to high-intensity fruity aroma, combining olive and green grass with a hint of apple and tomato. It leaves a taste evocative of almond with a touch of artichoke and arugula. It has a strong intensity, nicely balanced peppery and piquant flavor due to the high concentration of phenolic compounds in the oil. The varieties of olive oil are Oblica, Lastovka and Levatinka.
About OPG Magdalena Plenković
We are Magdalena and Ljupče, the owners of the Plenković family farm with olive groves that our family has cultivated for generations. We initially started olive cultivation as a hobby because we wanted our children to stay in nature as much as possible. We wish to combine our authentic product – olive oil – with the history, culture and Mediterranean diet. A large part of our olive groves is located at the Stari Grad Field, a UNESCO heritage site.
