Palazzo di Varignana blend verde

Palazzo di Varignana is a luxury resort in the hills of Bologna, comprised of 100 hectares of olive trees and other cultivations. The project started in 2017 with the first harvests of extra virgin olive oil, fruit juices and fruit jams. The food project continues to grow, and within four to six years, we will have around 100,000 liters of EVOO.
