It is a special selection of olives harvested in the olive grove Roi Morgaa of Montalto Ligure at 250 meters above the level of the sea with 20% of green olives, 50% not fully-mature and 30% mature. A sweet oil enriched with tones of dry fruits, with a little of bitter and spicy in the end. Perfect with every dish.
