Intense green fruity extra virgin olive oil (+7). Smell of fields and mountains, the green of tree leaves, green nuts and mastic. In the mouth it has a long speech on the palate with high (+6) and fresh spicy sensations, similar to the flavor of dandelions and wild radishes. The bitters (+5) are harmonized with the balsamic notes of aromatic bushy plants, such as savory, thyme, rosemary or myrtus. The aftertaste is growing and long; even after a few minutes of tasting it, flavors of artichoke, green apple, young walnuts, even rowan fruit and young acorns continue to emerge.
