Extra virgin olive oil, 100% Picudo variety, early harvest and cold extraction. Family production by the Ibañez Valverde family, with production limited to 1,000 500 ml bottles per year. Produced in our olive groves in the Sierra Subbetica of Córdoba, where olive groves of the Picudo variety coexist with olive groves of the Hojiblanca variety and the Picual variety. We collect each variety at its optimal moment of maturation, thus obtaining oils of exceptional quality.
