The mission and vision of our organic farm is to seek and maintain a natural balance in all our agricultural practices. We are inspired by Tuscany, a land where the force of nature and human creativity have been meeting for thousands of years in complete harmony. While keeping product quality as our only lighthouse, we exclusively grow organic products with passion and dedication: from our extra virgin olive oil to our apricots and peaches, from our ancient einkorn to our flavorful blueberries.
