Kota

Kota is organic extra virgin olive oil from Nadin, a village in Dalmatia known as the most organic place in Croatia. The soil has never been used for agricultural purposes, so it has never been treated with chemical or mineral fertilizers. The olive seedlings represent native varieties of olives in the Croatian region of Dalmatia, mainly Oblica and Lastovka, both of which give authenticity and authentic Dalmatian flavor to Kota olive oil.
