On the palate, it has notes of mowed grass, spicy aromas and a distinctive bitter finish. Since 2017, the environment ministry has certified our estate as sustainable agriculture.
About Fattoria le Sorgenti di G.Ferrari
While it has been the residence of the Ferrari family since 1959, the Villa has a much older history: it developed from the early Renaissance and was built at different times between 1300 and 1855. The name is the testimony of the three springs of water present in the area. A remarkable fact that makes this place even more unique and indissolubly linked to its history.
