Mantua Carpetana Cornicabra

500 ml bottle of organic cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil, made from cornicabra olives in the south of the Autonomous Region of Madrid. This is the most common and most typical variety of this region. It takes its name from the shape of the olives, reminiscent of a goat’s horn. As this oil is produced by a small family firm, stocks are limited.
