Our Negri EVOO is a blend of four varieties: Busa, Bianchera Istriana, Leccino and Pendolino. These selected varieties give the oil a magnificent green color, equalling the bitterness and spiciness of the almond and thyme, as well as the specific smell and taste of olives, apples and grass.
