Ootopia Organic Single Estate is a premium organic monocultivar Koroneiki EVOO produced in Iliokastro, Peloponnese. It has the aromas of green tomatoes together with hints of freshly cut grass and green apples, blended with a harmonious balance of bitterness and pungency. It pairs ideally with veal carpaccio, grilled tuna fish, barbeque and bruschetta.
About Ootopia
Our olive groves are located on hills above the seaside town of Ermioni in the Peloponnese, Greece. Our olive varieties are Greek, Italian, and Spanish because, at heart, we are not EVOO nationalists but EVOO perfectionists.
