Primo DOP is the company's flagship product and is obtained from Tonda Ible olives. Primo means first and applies perfectly to our olive oil because it is produced with our first Tonda Iblea olives, which are harvested in late September and early October; was the first PDO Monti Iblei olive oil; and is one of the most awarded olive oils around. It is appreciated for its tomato aroma and harmonic balance.
