RONCIGLIANO

We are a very small family organic farm located in Scandicci,on the beautiful Florentine hills,a few kilometrs from the city.We count about 800 plant of native olive trees,of Frantoio,Moraiolo,Leccino and Pendolino,from which we obtain our extravergin olive oil.The olives are harvested and brought to the mill on the same day of harvest. the crusher is modern with high performance. Temperature-controlled pressing, vacuum kneading machine, oil extraction without adding water.
