Our company, which has always been dedicated to olive growing, boasts a long family tradition. They are, in fact, four of the generations of the family Galioto that succeeded in leading this Sicilian farmhouse.
With great passion we dedicate ourselves to the production of extra virgin olive oil, combining the values of tradition with an innovative spirit to obtain products of absolute authenticity and excellent quality.
The property has about 100 hectares. The prevalent cultivar , for 70%, is the " Tonda Iblea ", 30% is instead made up of native Iblei cultivars: " Marmurigna ", " Nocellara ", " Biancolilla " and " Moresca. ", for a total of 20,000 olive trees.
