From the region of El Maestrazgo, in eastern Spain, L’UNIC 1000 Años is produced from the rare Farga variety, harvested from olive trees that are over one thousand years old, living witnesses of Mediterranean history.
These millennial trees, protected, numbered, and certified, produce extremely limited quantities of olives, making each bottle the result of a rare and highly controlled production.
Hand-harvested during the first days of the season and cold-extracted, the oil preserves its full purity and authenticity, reflecting the unique identity of this ancestral variety.
