Specialized in early harvest production, the olives are picked while still green, at their peak aromatic and nutritional potential, resulting in an oil with high levels of natural antioxidants and a vibrant sensory profile.
Produced in mountain olive groves at over 900 meters altitude, under demanding climatic conditions and on steep slopes, the oil develops a strong identity, combining intensity, freshness, and balance.
