PRODUCER STORY 

We are a Croatian olive oil producer from a small coastal town of Vodice, in the province of Dalmatia. Around 13 years of hard work, producing and tasting olive oils has led us close to perfection: the divine and harmonic taste of our extra virgin olive oil.

BRAND DESCRIPTION 

Sv Ivan Blend has a medium flavor olive oil. Our delicious and high-quality extra virgin olive oil is a blend of the Oblica, Frantoio, Leccino, and Levantinka cultivars.

Sv Ivan Oblica is a monovarietal extra virgin olive oil obtained from a native Dalmatian variety.
 On its own, Obleca is a variety of medium flavor and average spiciness, however, when harvested early as we tend to do, it tends to give off quite spicy and harmonic notes.
