Oil

CATA's notes
Very complex juice on the nose that begins with an intense fruitiness of green olives with freshly cut grass. Great complexity of aromas of fruits and vegetables, highlighting banana, almond and tomato. The smell culminates with notes of aromatic and wild herbs.
In the mouth, the oil bursts with a commendable sweetness to later show a powerful spicy and bitter but very balanced between them. Presents an aftertaste of alloza and green banana. Very complex juice as a whole and of great persistence
