The "Finca Los Remedios" is a young family project born from an idea that has been developed until all the production processes are put into operation that make it possible to have a new product on the market, from the production of the crop to the packaging and marketing of the product. same.
Finca Los Remedios has an extension of 80 hectares of olive groves, located on the CM-3107 from Alcázar to Manzanares Km 27 at an altitude of 657 meters above sea level. It has different varieties of olives, with the highest production being the arbequina, sikitita and koroneiki type. We have 4 hectares of cultivation dedicated exclusively to other types of olives to carry out different tests of new mixtures, looking for new and innovative oils.

Finca Los Remedios has an extension of 80 hectares of olive groves , located on the CM-3107 from Alcázar to Manzanares Km 27 at an altitude of 657 meters above sea level, located in the middle of the La Mancha plain, in the area of Las Motillas, where a sea of land , colors and changing lights, make us contemplate a landscape full of peace. While the perception of nature strips us of any ties, letting our mind and spirit fly towards that infinite confinement, eternal border, where heaven and earth meet.
The affection with which we work our land makes the area a place to get lost, enjoying the biodiversity and the wonders that nature offers us.
The edaphoclimatic conditions of the farm provide added value to the quality of the fruit. Mild winters, followed by sunny springs and hot summers, together with a loamy-clay soil, create an ideal edaphoclimatic symposium.
OUR PRODUCTION
From the first movement of sap to the harvest, we pamper our olive trees to obtain the best quality oil, in a sustainable and respectful way with the environment.
The early harvesting of the fruits provides a range of fruity smells and flavors to our oil, knowing that there is a significant loss of yield, we continue to bet on it in order to offer each home a juice (juice, green gold) of differentiated quality.
Each batch of olives is subjected to a rigorous control in order to select only the fruits with noble qualities.
Our knowledge, passion and dedication allow us to create one of the best EVOOs in the world.
SITUATION
The "Finca los Remedios" located in the Motillas area , where the ruins of "La Venta de las Motillas" are located, a place incorporated by D. Miguel de Cervantes in his work "Don Quixote de la Mancha" where Don Quixote was armed knight and in which several significant events take place.
One of the initiatives of the property is to restore the ruins of the aforementioned sale and that it will become part of the "RUTA DEL QUIXOTE". These ruins are authentic roots of our La Mancha history, which its walls, stoves, mangers and corrals speak to us in a language that, being La Mancha, has become universal. Its definitive restoration would undoubtedly contribute to the memory of our roots and our culture that now prevent new generations from knowing how part of their ancestors lived at a certain time.
That small part of the History of La Mancha is among these ruins, perpetuated in the most universal book of Spanish literature and that from Finca Los Remedios we will do everything possible to return it to its splendor for the enjoyment of Manchegos and foreigners, and revitalizing thus the aforementioned "ROUTE OF DON QUIXOTE".
