Currently, under the direction of Mr. Justino Damián Corchero Montero, the implementation of the ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 quality standards has been carried out, which have confirmed the good work and commitment of the organization to its environment, its customers and suppliers.
In its constant commitment to caring for the environment, in September 2007 Jacoliva inaugurated an innovative water treatment plant from the cleaning of olives and vegetable water from the oil mill. Thanks to this new purification system, the water used in the olive oil production process can be returned to the public channel or used for irrigation.

Authentic juice of selected olives, it is elaborated in our oil mill in Pozuelo de Zarzón from a recipe that has been passed down through generations of our family.
