Pathos is an award-winning, single-varietal, premium extra virgin olive oil from Crete, with high polyphenols and health claim (EU health claim 432/2012), rich in aromas and with very low acidity.
It is a cold-extracted green olive oil produced with 100% natural processes exclusively from Coronean olives.
Enjoy Pathos Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO) in fine 500 ml glass bottles. The bottles are available in white and white matt colour, thus protecting the olive oil from light, temperature and humidity.
The shape of the bottles in which Pathos olive oil is contained is specially selected for ease and comfort of use and is inspired by the content itself: the olive oil and the olive. Pathos EVOO is produced in a traditional olive grove at the northern foot of Mount Psiloritis and specifically in Kavalaria, Korfes Malevizi from Coronean olives.

Our olives are grown in an organic way with respect to each stage of the production. The processes that we carry out are always friendly to the environment and to the olive tree itself.
We count the days one by one from the moment the olive blossom turns into a fruit in order to harvest at the most appropriate time, ensuring the tastiest olive oil.
We know that the harvesting process plays an important role in the quality of the olive oil. That is why we harvest the olives carefully and with dedication to the selection of the highest quality fruit.
Within a few hours, the olives are taken to the olive press and they are ground at temperatures below 24°C and with the most modern methods, giving, thus, prominence to the luscious characteristics of the olive oil.
