Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Extra Virgin Olive Oil is extracted by cold pressing of olives harvested by watering, from olive trees of the Verdeal, Cobrançosa, Madural and Picual varieties existing in Quinta do Javali. After harvesting, the olives are packed in special crates, transported to the cleaning and selection site, and then the olive oil is extracted. The whole process from harvesting to extraction is done in less than 24 hours to obtain a high-quality olive oil. After extraction, the olive oil is stored in stainless steel containers until it is bottled.
