Welcome to the kingdom of Cornicabra olive oil. At Oli Oli Biodinámico, we harvest our Cornicabra olives at their optimal ripeness or pre-veraison stage. This allows our master miller, Gonzalo Pin, to produce a highly phenolic organic extra virgin olive oil (EVOO).

Oli Oli's Cornicabra extra virgin olive oil is 100% organic and stands out for its intense and green fruitiness. It exhibits distinctive descriptors such as artichoke, asparagus, and rocket, which make it easy to distinguish from other varieties such as Arbequina and Picual. We also produce these single-varietal olive oils in a sustainable and ecological manner, always in perfect harmony with our natural surroundings.
