Coratina extra virgin olive oil is a superior category olive oil. Obtained from single-variety olives grown and harvested in the countryside of Andria, known for being among the largest in Italy dedicated to olive trees.

The EVO of Frantoio Cannone is obtained by mechanical procedures and cold extraction. The Coratina variety is typical of Puglia, an emblem of a territory and its inhabitants. What makes it so characteristic is the particularly high concentration of polyphenols, the natural antioxidants responsible for the typical itch.
