The Extra Virgin Blend Olive Oil, a union of flavors from different cultivars. The Extra Virgin Olive Oil "Blend" is the result of careful evaluation, first in the olive grove and during the various stages of milling, then through organoleptic analysis of the Coratina and Peranzana varieties.
We sought the most harmonious balance between bitter and spicy sensations, while achieving a complex and broad aromatic profile. This result was also achieved thanks to processing within a few hours of harvest, cutting-edge technology, and control of the timing and temperatures of the process.
The appearance is a light yellow-green color, while the aroma is a fruity and pleasantly intense scent with notes reminiscent of fresh vegetables, artichoke, green almond, and citrus hints.
