We do not use synthetic chemicals such as fertilizers, herbicides, fungicides, insecticides, or pesticides. Nor do we use genetically modified organisms (GMOs). BONFIGLIO olive oil is perfect for dressing fresh vegetables, salads, as well as dishes cooked with vegetables, fish, or meat.
