About Sotam
SOTAM was founded in 2000. We have approximately 2,000 hectares of local Chetoui and Chemleli olive trees and Arbosana, Koroneiki and Arbequina varieties. Our olives come from our century-old olive grove, Domaine El-Bey. They are cultivated in an authentic paradise exposed to the sun and the Mediterranean coastal winds. SOTAM also has its own trituration, storage and packaging facilities
