Oro en Rama

Oro en Rama is premium, early harvest extra virgin olive oil from the Sierra de Segura PDO region in Jaén. This oil is obtained from olives selected at their optimum point of ripeness and harvested during October, following a traditional harvesting process and with a very demanding transformation. This early oil is notable for its organoleptic qualities, giving it a characteristic flavor and aroma reminiscent of fresh grass, tomato and banana.
