ABOUT Segredos Do Coa

Our productions are small limited editions, almost never exceeding a thousand liters, because we do not buy raw material from neighboring lands to include in the lots of our properties, all of them located in the municipality of Vila Nova de FozCô.

OLIVE OIL 

We intend to disclose a “gourmet” olive oil of extreme quality, to enjoy the natural, in spices, simple preparations, or to finish a recipe created with the same care, just like the one we dedicate to take it to your table.
From our old olive trees, from dry land, without any type of chemical products, or final additives, to your plate, this oil goes with the chancelas of those who produced it.

This is how farm oils are called, as they come from their own “terroirs”, with unique and homogeneous characteristics.
