Behind the Elogio extra virgin olive oils you can hear the responsible whisper of three generations of the Noguera Martínez family. The dedication of the grandfather appears, Manuel; the perseverance of his son, Celedonio; and the future challenges of his grandchildren, Celedonio and Ángel Noguera Martínez. Decades of silent, dedicated and sensitive work around the world of olive groves. From Pozo Alcón, in the heart of the Cazorla Natural Park, these producers have committed their lives to the cultivation of mountain olive groves. They have lived, felt and experienced for and to produce the best extra virgin olive oils. And today they have their reward in that great product that they bottle under the Elogio brand.

And it is that Elogio was born in a corner as special as the Paraje de las Hoyas, in Pozo Alcón, within that unique park, the largest protected natural area in Spain and part of Europe: Cazorla. In this beautiful and complex territory -in equal parts- for cultivation, with a unique orography, climate and rich fauna and flora, extra virgin olive oils of excellent qualities and excellent sensory notes are produced. The cultivation of the mountain olive grove requires wisdom, sacrifice and patience, but offers enormous rewards. Our prize is these oils with original profiles and characteristics, differentiated and genuine compared to others.

Premium EVOO with unique connotations

Elogio is an extra virgin olive oil, early harvest and picual variety. Its most special and differentiating connotations are provided by the origin of olives from mountain olive groves. In the tasting, they awaken more and better organoleptic characteristics; and in the healthy plane they improve the indexes of polyphenols and antioxidants.
As they are oils from olives that grow more slowly, and under the protection of a very specific climate, they concentrate a greater essence. And that shows in Elogio.
They are oils that stand out for their marked premium character, where the excellence of the picual variety EVOOs are enhanced in aspects such as their outstanding fruitiness, or in the bravery on the palate of its spicy and bitter flavors.
