Caroche oils, including the monovarietal Alfafara, Villalonga Ecológico, and Green Harvest blend, are cold-pressed to preserve their fresh, fruity aromas and rich flavors. Vallayco was born from the dream of a group of olive oil producers. With the illusion of making a product of the highest quality, promoting our crops towards a more prosperous future for the valley and all its producers.

For this reason we have designed a collective project open to all, in order to allow, thanks to the strength of the union of the producers of the valley, the production and elaboration of the best oil that our land can offer.
