Best Olive Oils Store
Early harvest, or vroege oogst in Dutch, refers to the practice of harvesting green olives in October, depending on the olive variety. Green olives yield less olive oil but have a more intense olive aroma and flavor. They have a fruity and spicy scent and taste, with a smooth finish and a light peppery aftertaste that disappears after a few seconds.
The olive oil is cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil, produced at 25°C.
Storage advice for our olive oil: Keep it cool, sealed, dry, and dark. Olive oil tends to solidify at temperatures below 10°C, but this does not affect its quality. At room temperature, the olive oil will return to its original state. Advice: Do not pour it into the sink, water, or soil.
