Chiaroscuro is a robust Coratina monocultivar from the De Robertis Estate on the east coast of Puglia, Italy. Our Chiaroscuro Coratina EVOO is wide and embracing with an intense and robust green fruitiness, hints of artichoke leaf and an elegant spiciness. Harvested in late October and milled within six hours of harvest, our extra virgin olive oil has a very high concentration of polyphenols, allowing for long shelf life and high antioxidants.
About Azienda Agricola De Robertis
The De Robertis Estate prides itself on producing a high-quality EVOO from Coratina olives. Our olives are grown on our family estate of 30 hectares and crushed within six hours of harvest, extracted cold under 25 °C to retain their unique flavor and aroma. Our monovariety Coratina is full of polyphenols (more than 900 mg/kg), allowing for long shelf life and significant health benefits. We are located just minutes from Trani, on the east coast of Italy, in the region of Puglia.
