The nose is immediately filled with the scents of countless aromatic herbs, with strong notes of rosemary, marjoram, thyme, walnut husk, green almond, artichoke, and broken olive leaf. All accompanied by hints of citrus.

On the palate, it is pleasantly bitter and spicy, with the enveloping cornucopia of herbs and almond.

Very persistent, it leaves a dry and aromatic mouthfeel.
