Kallas extra virgin olive oil is a natural juice from olives that are gathered traditionally and, within a few hours, transformed only by mechanical methods. This EVOO is produced from olives of the Koroneiki variety, cultivated on the island of Rhodes. Harvesting starts in mid-October when the fruit is still green, yielding high-quality oil and giving it unique organoleptic properties, a fruity scent and remarkable flavor.
Our product was produced for the first time in 1959 on Rhodes, an island located in southern Greece. The standardization of our oil started later, in 1990. Our product is a family tradition that we are very proud of. We take the quality of our oil seriously so that we can offer the best product possible. Our extra virgin olive oil is monovarietal Koroneiki.
