This extra virgin olive oil DOP is harvested in November and is a blend of the three most representatives cultivars of Trás-os-Montes - Cobrançosa, Madural and Verdeal. It expresses the true terroir of the region. The oil is fruity on the nose and bitterness and pungency balanced in the mouth.
